All activities in PPC are well organized and being performed by 6 executive departments each being responsible for specific functions and duties. These PPC executive

PPC adopts some flexible organization scheme meeting the need of the specific project depending on the size, timing and the requirement of the client, PPC utilized its own resources and stablished project management office (PMO) for each specific project and basically employees matrix and/or task force concepts suitable for a timely execution of the respective project.
